Drumkit is a comprehensive tool designed to assist with various aspects of logistics management, including: • Rate quoting • Load building • Appointment scheduling • Track and trace The goal of Drumkit is to streamline your daily operations, allowing you to focus on tasks that require your personal attention while automating and simplifying other processes.

Onboarding is the process of getting set up with Drumkit. It's a simple process that typically takes about 5 minutes to complete.

If you have Outlook use the following video to get started:

1. Go to outlook.com and sign in with your work email in your browser

2. Sign up at https://app.drumkit.ai/signup and click on Microsoft. Be sure to accept the permissions.

3. In your email, click on the apps icon and add apps
   1. From there you should be able to search for “Drumkit” and install.

4. Open up Drumkit, by going to Outlook and read an email
   1. Then click on “Apps” (1 big square with 4 mini squares icon) in the corner

   2. Click on Drumkit

   3. Pin Drumkit to your Outlook sidebar by clicking on the pin icon

5. Click on “Sign into Drumkit” from the Drumkit sidebar

6. Congrats! Welcome to Drumkit!

If you have Gmail use the following video to get started:

1. To get started with Drumkit for the first time, you can go to https://app.drumkit.ai/signup and signup with your NFI email address on Google
   1. Click “Continue” a few times when the Google permissions pops up, and please check the box giving Drumkit permission to securely access your Gmail account in order for us to link emails in your inbox with loads in Relay

2. Install the Chrome Extension by going to https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/drumkit/ilafmdbednnamihpnofibohjpfidgjjc

3. Log into Drumkit by going to https://app.drumkit.ai/login so the Chrome extension is linked to your Drumkit account
   1. Click “Continue” a few times when the Google permissions pops up

4. Go back to Gmail, refresh the page, and open up a recent email. Drumkit should pop up linking your inbox.

There are a couple of options: 1. Try searching for the sidebar in the installed extensions. Often, it has been installed but doesn't appear where expected. 2. Reinstall the application following the installation instructions provided earlier.

Yes, the sidebar is accessible from every email. When appropriate, the sidebar will automatically navigate to the relevant section based on the email content. If no specific part is auto-detected, the default opening view will be displayed.

Yes, each email triggers a different response depending on its content. The sidebar will bring you to the appropriate section when possible. If no specific portion is relevant, you'll be taken to the load building section by default.

The default section of the sidebar is the load building page. To access other sections, you'll need to click on the appropriate icon or text.
