What truck details does Drumkit extract from a truck list email?

Drumkit extracts the following from each truck in the list:

• Carrier name and email address

• Pickup location (city/state)

• Equipment type (e.g., van, flatbed, reefer)

• Equipment length

• Availability date

• Dropoff location or preferred lane (when mentioned)

If any field is missing or unclear in the email, it will be left blank in the sidebar for you to fill in manually before submitting.

Note: Drumkit defaults to Van if no equipment type is specified. If the equipment type doesn't match what's registered in your load board for that carrier, you may see a validation error on submission — select the correct type from the available options before resubmitting
