What is a Truck List?

A Truck List is an email from a carrier advertising their available trucks — typically listing an origin location, equipment type, and the dates trucks are available. Drumkit detects these emails automatically, extracts the truck details, and presents them in the sidebar as a structured list for review and one-click submission to your load boar

Drumkit parses each email independently. If a carrier sends the same availability to multiple reps on your team, each rep will see the suggestion in their sidebar — but once one rep submits, Drumkit stops surfacing it to the others to prevent duplicate postings.
