How do carrier groups work?

Carrier groups are pre-configured lists of carriers — typically based on your existing Outlook distribution lists — that you can contact as a batch for a given lane or load type. When you select a group in the Carrier Quote sidebar, Drumkit sends your rate request email to all carriers in that group at once.

Carrier groups are most useful when you have established relationships with a specific set of carriers for a particular lane or region (e.g., "Southeast Van carriers" or "Flatbed partners"). They eliminate the need to manually search for and select individual carriers each time a similar load comes in.

Groups are set up during onboarding or can be added at any time by contacting support@drumkit.ai.
