How do I see carrier quote responses?

When carriers reply to a Drumkit-generated rate request, Drumkit automatically detects the response and extracts the quoted rate. The carrier's name and quoted amount appear in the Carrier Quote section of the sidebar, along with a link to view the full email thread. You can compare responses from multiple carriers side by side and proceed to book with whichever carrier you choose.

If a rate is not being extracted correctly from a particular carrier's reply format, contact support@drumkit.ai with an example so the team can improve parsing for that format.
