Why is the "Reply" option not available on certain pages, like my TMS?

The "Reply" function requires an active email thread or message to operate — it needs a specific sender and message ID to reply to. On pages like your TMS, where no email thread is present, Drumkit is unable to detect this information and the "Reply" option will not be available.

Note: In these instances, use the "New Email" option instead to initiate a fresh conversation directly from the page you're on.
