Why is the "To" field empty when I send a New Email?

The "To" field is intentionally left blank by design — this is a deliberate safeguard to prevent sensitive load information from being sent to the wrong recipient.

Since a single load or account often involves multiple contacts (such as a Dispatcher, Driver, or Accounting team), Scheduler requires you to manually select or confirm the intended recipient before sending.

You can populate the "To" field in one of two ways:

  • Manual Entry: Type the recipient's email address directly into the field.

  • Drop-Down Selection: Select the appropriate contact from the available drop-down list.
