Quick Quote Agents is designed to handle quoting automatically once it is set up and enabled. Here is what the typical flow looks like:
A rate request email arrives in your inbox.
Quick Quote Agents reads the email and extracts the relevant load and lane details.
The agent pulls carrier rates from your connected TMS and quoting tools.
A quote is generated and sent in response to the request.
If your workflow requires approval before sending, the agent will surface the quote for your review before it goes out.
You do not need to manually open each email or trigger the agent — it runs automatically on incoming requests.
Note: If an approval step is configured for your account, you will receive a notification to review and confirm the quote before it is sent.
