What happens if my TMS integration goes down?

If your TMS integration is temporarily unavailable, Drumkit will automatically pause load creation to prevent data errors and display a warning to let you know.

Here's what to expect during an outage:

• Load Creation Paused: Automatic load creation is paused until the integration is restored — no incomplete or erroneous loads will be submitted to your TMS.

• Manual Access: You can still use Drumkit to view extracted load details manually in the meantime.

• Auto-Resume: Once the integration is restored, normal functionality resumes automatically — no action required on your end.
