Drumkit's Metrics feature gives freight brokers a real-time view of their operational performance. It aggregates data from your TMS and Drumkit workflows to surface key KPIs — including load volume, on-time performance, revenue, carrier utilization, and more.

The Metrics dashboard is designed to help you:

- Monitor daily and weekly performance at a glance

- Identify trends and anomalies in your operations

- Track carrier and lane-specific performance

- Measure the efficiency gains from Drumkit automation

Metrics data is pulled directly from your connected TMS and updated regularly, so you're always working from current information. Access it from the Metrics section in the Drumkit left navigation.
