How do I access the Metrics dashboard?

To access the Metrics dashboard in Drumkit:

1. Log in to your Drumkit account at app.drumkit.ai.

2. In the left navigation sidebar, click on Metrics (the chart/graph icon).

3. The Metrics dashboard will load, showing your key performance indicators.

From the dashboard, you can:

- Select different date ranges using the date picker at the top

- Filter by customer, carrier, or lane

- Switch between different metric views (Overview, Loads, Revenue, Carriers)

- Export data to CSV for further analysis

If you don't see the Metrics option in your navigation, your account may not have access to this feature. Contact your Drumkit account manager or support@drumkit.ai to enable it.
