How often is metrics data updated?

Drumkit Metrics data is updated based on the sync frequency of your TMS integration.

For most TMS integrations:

- Load status and dispatch data is synced every 15–30 minutes

- Financial and revenue data may sync every 1–4 hours depending on TMS configuration

- Historical data (for trend charts) is updated daily

Real-time data such as active load status is refreshed more frequently to ensure accurate operational visibility.

If your metrics appear out of date:

1. Check your TMS integration status in Settings > Integrations

2. Verify the last sync time shown in the integration settings

3. If the sync is stale or showing errors, reconnect the integration

For time-sensitive reporting, we recommend checking your TMS directly for the most up-to-date figures. Contact Drumkit support if you believe your data sync is significantly delayed.
