Why isn't Drumkit showing up on my portal page?

Last updated: September 23, 2026

If Drumkit isn't showing a load, or the details look wrong, work through these checks.

Nothing appears in the sidebar

  • Check that the extension is installed and signed in. Open the Drumkit extension and confirm you're signed in to Drumkit.

  • Update the extension. Go to chrome://extensions in Chrome, turn on Developer mode in the top right, and click Update. Then refresh the portal page.

  • Make sure you're on a supported page. Drumkit works on specific pages within each portal, usually the individual load or bid page. Check [Bidding portal tips] for which pages work on your portal.

  • Select a load. On some portals, Drumkit waits until you click a load, card or row before showing anything.

  • Refresh the page. On some portals, the sidebar only updates when the page reloads.

It only shows one load

Drumkit quotes one load at a time. On a load board, it shows whichever load you last clicked. Click "Bid" on a different row to switch to that load. Quoting a whole board at once isn't supported today.

The customer name is blank

If Drumkit can't confidently match the shipper on the portal to a customer in your TMS, it leaves the name blank rather than guessing. If this keeps happening with the same shipper, let us know and we can usually fix it.

The equipment type or dates are wrong

Some portals don't show every detail in a way Drumkit can read. Correct the fields in the sidebar before quoting, and let us know which portal it was.

The Drumkit button isn't on the page

On some portals, the on-page button doesn't appear. Click the Drumkit icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the sidebar instead.

The buttons say "Input" instead of "Submit"

That's an account setting, not an error. Drumkit fills in your bid, and you click the portal's submit button. Contact your Drumkit rep if you'd like Drumkit to submit for you.

Common messages

  • "Not on a supported portal." Drumkit doesn't recognize this page. Check that you're on a supported portal and page.

  • "Submission is not supported for this page." You're on the right portal but the wrong page. Open the load's bid or details page.

  • "Entered quote in the portal, but could not submit." Drumkit filled in your rate but couldn't click submit. Review the bid and submit it in the portal.

  • "Quote must be greater than $0." Your line haul came out at or below zero after fuel. Try Input total sell, or raise the rate.
