What is the Capacity feature?

Capacity (also called Carrier Management) is the Drumkit feature that handles both sides of the carrier capacity workflow — inbound and outbound.

• Inbound (Truck List): When carriers email in with available trucks, Drumkit reads those emails, parses out the truck details, and presents them in the sidebar for review and one-click submission to your load board or TMS.

• Outbound (Carrier Quote): When you need to source capacity for a load, Drumkit helps you identify and contact the right carriers — either by searching near a pickup location or by reaching out to a configured carrier group — and then reads their quote replies and surfaces the best rate.
