Report a Builder miss
Last updated: October 23, 2026
When Kit fills a field wrong or misses one, fix it in the form, build the load, and send us the email with a one-line note on what should have happened. We use these examples to tune Builder for that customer.
1. Fix it before you build
Any field you can edit, you can correct. Your change is what goes to the TMS. Don't wait on us to build the load.
2. Send us the example
Forward the original email to support@drumkit.ai and add:
- What was wrong: the field and what Kit put there.
- What it should have been, and where it is in the email or attachment ("PO is the number under 'Release #' on page 2").
- The load number if you built it.
- A screenshot of the form, if you have one.

Subject: FW: Load Tender - PO-88912 - Builder miss
Kit put the PO in Ref #/ BOL. For this customer the PO is the "Release #" on the PDF, and the BOL is blank until pickup. Built as load 104522.
One clear example per pattern is enough. Patterns that repeat for a customer (which number is the PO, how they write appointment times) are what we can tune Builder for.
What's worth reporting
- The same field wrong for the same customer, more than once.
- A reference number in the wrong field (PO vs. BOL vs. pickup number).
- Wrong weight, pallets or pieces, or equipment that doesn't match.
- Dates or times off, or AM and PM swapped.
- A tender Kit didn't pick up at all.
Check these first
| What you see | Likely reason |
|---|---|
| No suggestion at all | You're signed out, the email is older than the mail Drumkit caught up on when you signed up (forward it to yourself), or Load Building isn't turned on for you yet. |
| A field is blank | It's often blank on the TMS record too (hours, instructions). Fill the record in once and every load benefits. |
| Appointment time is empty | On purpose when the email doesn't clearly state an appointment. A blank is safer than a load that looks booked. |
| Something only in a photo or an earlier email | Builder doesn't read images, and works from one email at a time. See What Builder reads. |
