Why don't my metrics match my TMS data?

If your Drumkit metrics don't match what you see in your TMS, here are the most common reasons:

1. Sync delay — Drumkit syncs data from your TMS on a regular schedule (every 15–60 minutes). Recent changes in the TMS may not yet be reflected in Drumkit Metrics.

2. Date range mismatch — Make sure you're comparing the same date range in both Drumkit and your TMS.

3. Filter differences — Drumkit Metrics may apply default filters (e.g., by customer or load status) that exclude some records. Check that all filters are cleared or matched.

4. Data mapping issues — Some TMS fields may not be mapped to Drumkit correctly. Go to Settings > Integrations and review the field mapping for your TMS.

5. Integration errors — If your TMS integration has errors, some records may have failed to sync. Check Settings > Integrations for any error logs.
