How do I track lane-specific performance in Metrics?

To track performance for specific lanes in Drumkit Metrics:

1. Go to the Metrics section in Drumkit.

2. Look for the Lanes tab or a lane filter in the dashboard.

3. Use the origin/destination filter to select a specific lane (e.g., Chicago, IL to Dallas, TX).

4. The dashboard will show metrics for that lane, including:

- Load volume

- Average rate per mile

- On-time performance

- Top carriers used on the lane

- Revenue and margin

You can use lane analytics to:

- Identify your highest-volume and highest-margin lanes

- Find underperforming lanes where rates or service need improvement

- Spot trends in lane demand over time

If lanes aren't showing in the filter, verify that origin and destination data is being captured in your TMS and synced to Drumkit. Contact support@drumkit.ai for help configuring lane tracking.
