Why does Drumkit show my email draft as "Not Sent" even though I sent it?

Drumkit tracks whether AI-drafted emails have been sent, deleted, or are still pending by monitoring your email folders. However, this tracking depends on how your email client — especially Microsoft Outlook — is configured, and folder structures can vary between individual users and organizations.

In some Outlook setups, Drumkit may not be able to distinguish between a deleted draft and a sent email. This can result in a draft appearing as "Not Sent" or "Deleted" in Drumkit even if you actually sent it.

What to do if you see inaccurate tracking:

- If your emails consistently show as "Not Sent" after you've sent them, please reach out to us at support@drumkit.ai with your name and the affected email address.

- We can review your specific Outlook folder configuration and correct the tracking.
