The origin/destination is in the email signature. Why isn't the sidebar picking that up?

Email signatures are not taken into account when determining the origin and destination for a load. Usually, we have found loads (both the origin and destination) in the body of an email, not in the signature.

If you have a particular customer that you are working with who has the origin/destination in their signature, please let us know. We need to handle that customer differently so that we can extract the origin/destination from their email.
