Manage your team in the Drumkit Portal
Last updated: October 23, 2026
The Drumkit Portal at app.drumkit.ai is where your team's Drumkit setup lives: who's using it, which groups they're in, and which rate sources, scheduling portals and other tools are connected. Some changes you make yourself. Others, like turning features on, Drumkit does for you. This page shows which is which.
To get there from the sidebar, click the profile icon and choose Drumkit Portal.
What you can do, and what to ask us for
I want to… | Who does it |
|---|---|
Add a new rep | The rep signs up at app.drumkit.ai/signup with their work email. See Users. |
Remove a rep, or make someone an admin | Email support@drumkit.ai. |
See who's active and spot broken inbox connections | Anyone, on Users. |
Put myself in a group | Each person, in Settings > My Groups. |
Create or rename a group | Email support. |
Connect DAT, SONAR, Triumph, Truckstop, a scheduling portal or Highway | You, on Integrations. |
Remove an integration | Email support. |
Connect your TMS | McLeod: you, on Integrations. Other TMSs: Drumkit support sets it up with you. |
Set my email signature | Each person, in Settings > Signature. |
Save my own default margin | Each rep, in the sidebar. See Set buy rate, margin and sell rate. |
Change the company default margin or margin type | Email support. |
Change a quote, carrier or appointment email template | Email support. The Drumkit team updates templates for now, so they work with every detail Drumkit fills in. |
Turn a tab or feature on or off, for everyone, a group or one person | Email support. |
See your team's quoting and load-building numbers | Anyone, on Analytics. See What your Drumkit metrics mean. |
Users
There's no invite button. Each rep signs up themselves at app.drumkit.ai/signup, using the same work email as their inbox, and shows up on Users after that. On a Microsoft 365 company, IT may need to approve Drumkit once first. See For IT admins: Microsoft Entra consent and deployment.
The Users page lists everyone on your team with their User Groups and Last Email Time, the last time Drumkit received an email for them.
A warning next to Last Email Time means No email received in 5+ days. That rep's inbox connection has probably dropped, so Kit isn't reading their new email. Send them to app.drumkit.ai/relink. See Sign in, sign up or reconnect.
If your team prices with DAT, admins also see each rep's DAT Connexion Email here and can change it with the pencil next to it. See Connect your DAT seat.
Groups
Groups decide which features someone gets. For example, your team might roll out Builder to a pilot group first. Drumkit sets up the groups for your team.
- Go to Settings > My Groups.
- Under Select your group, choose your group.
You can also pick your group under Select your Group on the portal's Home page. Reload the Drumkit sidebar afterwards so it picks up the change.
Integrations
Integrations shows two lists: Your Integrations (connected to your own account) and Company Integrations (shared with your team). Each row shows the account, its type and whether it's Active or Disabled.
- Click Add Integration.
- Under Choose an Integration, pick one. They're grouped as Pricing (DAT, SONAR, Triumph, Truckstop), TMS (McLeod), Scheduling (scheduling portals such as Opendock, YardView, E2open and Manhattan) and Carrier Verification (Highway).
- Enter the account details, or sign in to the provider when it asks.
- To limit it to one group, tick Restrict to specific user group and pick the group. Otherwise it's for the whole company.
- Save.
To remove an integration, email support@drumkit.ai.
Settings
- Signature. Set the signature Drumkit adds to emails it drafts or sends for you, with separate choices for new emails and replies. Copy your signature from your email settings, not from an email, so the formatting comes across cleanly.
- My Groups. See Groups above.
If your team has email routing turned on, company admins also see Email Routing in the main menu.
FAQs
How do I remove someone who left the company?
Email support@drumkit.ai with their email address. Removing their Microsoft or Google account on your side also cuts off Drumkit's access to that inbox.
A rep doesn't see a tab their teammates have.
Check their group on Users. Features are often turned on per group, so they may need to pick the right group in Settings > My Groups. If the group's right, email support.
Who counts as an admin?
Drumkit sets admin access for your company. Ask support@drumkit.ai to add or change an admin.
Can I change our company's default margin myself?
Not yet. Email support with the margin and whether it's a percentage or a dollar amount. Reps can still save their own default in the sidebar.
