What your Drumkit metrics mean
Last updated: October 23, 2026
The Analytics page in the Drumkit Portal shows how your team quotes and builds loads with Drumkit: how many quote requests came in, how many you priced, how fast you responded and how many loads you won. Here's what each number counts.
Where to find it
- Open the Drumkit Portal at app.drumkit.ai (or choose Drumkit Portal from the sidebar's profile menu).
- Click Analytics. It's marked BETA.
- Pick a tab: Quick Quote, and Load Building if your team builds loads with Drumkit. Some teams also have a Custom tab with dashboards made for them.
The dashboards cover your whole company. Use the User Name filter to look at one rep, or Customer Name to look at one customer.
The data refreshes once a day and runs through the end of the previous day. Today's quotes show up tomorrow.
The key terms
Term | What it counts |
|---|---|
Opportunity | A quote request that lands in your team's inbox and that Kit recognized as one. One request is one opportunity, whatever happens to it next. |
Quick Quote Search | Each time someone prices a lane with Quick Quote in Drumkit. This includes lanes a rep types in by hand, not only ones from an email. |
Won Load | A load booked in your TMS. |
Drumkit Win Rate | Won loads divided by Quick Quote searches, for the same period. Every won load counts, including ones that were never quoted in Drumkit, so read it as a trend rather than an exact hit rate. |
Opportunity-to-Load (OTL %) | Won loads divided by opportunities: out of the requests that came in, how many turned into booked loads. |
Median Response Time | The middle value, in minutes, between a quote request email arriving in the rep's inbox and the rep clicking Get Quick Quote on it in Drumkit. Only requests that came in by email count. Responses that took more than five days are left out. |
Weekly Active Users | The number of people who ran at least one Quick Quote search that week. |
You may hear "opportunities with QQ". That means the quote requests someone priced with Quick Quote in Drumkit. Compare Opportunities with Quick Quote Searches to see how much of your inbound you're pricing in Drumkit.
The Quick Quote dashboard
At a Glance
Four tiles: Opportunities, Quick Quote Searches, Drumkit Win Rate and Median Response Time. Each compares the last two full months for your whole company. The Date filter doesn't change these tiles.
Breakdown by Week
- Quick Quote Weekly Active Users: how many reps are quoting in Drumkit each week.
- Opportunities vs. Quoted - Weekly: requests that came in next to Quick Quote searches.
- Opportunity-to-Load: opportunities, won loads and OTL % by week.
- Drumkit Win Rate: Quick Quote searches, won loads and win rate by week.
Breakdown by User and by Customer
Quick Quote searches, opportunities and median response time per rep (top 50), and Quick Quote searches with win rate, opportunities and median response time per customer (top 50). A few things to know:
- The rep is the person who quoted, not necessarily the one who managed the load.
- A customer shows as (empty) when the rep didn't fill in the customer on the quote.
- Quote Opportunities in Inbox by AI-Detected Customers uses the customer Kit read from the email.
Quoted vs. Actual Rates & Profit
Compares what you quoted with what the load actually paid: sell rate, carrier cost and profit. A load is included only when all three are true:
- The rep confirmed the quote in Drumkit by copying it, replying or submitting it.
- The load was won and booked in your TMS.
- Drumkit could match the quote to the load, because the customer, lane and dates are close enough.
The difference is measured from the quoted value. For example, if you quoted $800 sell, $600 carrier and $200 profit, and the load ended up at $750 sell, $675 carrier and $75 profit, the differences are -$50 sell, +$75 carrier and -$125 profit. The percent view divides by the quoted value, so the same load shows -6.25% sell.
Quotes or loads with no sell rate or carrier cost are left out. Because of these conditions, this section covers fewer loads than the won-load counts above. "No results" means Drumkit found no matching quotes and loads for your filters.
Win rate, won loads and the quoted-vs-actual section need your TMS connected to Drumkit. Without a TMS, your dashboard shows opportunities, Quick Quote searches, response time and active users, broken down by week and by rep. Depending on your setup, your dashboard may have fewer sections than described here.
The Load Building dashboard
- Loads Built with Drumkit: loads created through Drumkit, by month, for the last two months.
- Active Builder Users: how many people built at least one load in the month.
- Breakdown by the time period you choose: active builder users and loads built over time. You can split loads built by AI or no AI, by user or by customer.
- Breakdown by User and Breakdown by Customer: loads built per rep and per customer (top 50), split into loads built with Kit's AI suggestion and loads filled in by hand.
Getting accurate numbers
- Filter by full weeks. Comparing a partial week with a full one makes trends look better or worse than they are.
- To include everyone, pick
_All Customers_or_All Users_in the filter. Don't use "Select all", which can leave people out.

Analytics says "No dashboards available."

My numbers don't match my TMS.
Check the date range and filters first, and remember the data runs through yesterday. Opportunities and Quick Quote searches come from Drumkit, not your TMS, so they won't appear there. If a number still looks wrong, email support with the dashboard, filters and dates you used.
Why is my win rate low when I win most of what I quote?
Win rate divides all won loads by Quick Quote searches. If reps run several searches per lane, or price lanes they never send, searches go up and the rate goes down. OTL % (won loads out of requests received) is often the steadier number.
Does opening a request count as a quote?
No. A Quick Quote search is counted when someone prices the lane. Quoted vs. Actual goes further and needs the rep to copy, reply or submit the quote.
Can I get a new metric or a change to one?
Yes, tell us. Email support@drumkit.ai with what you'd like to see.
