What tracking stages are available in Tracker, and can new ones be added?

Last updated: April 7, 2026

Tracker uses a set of internally defined stages to organize carrier check-ins and status updates. These are not industry-standard categories — they are stages created and maintained by Drumkit.

Default stages

The following stages are available in Tracker by default:

  • Dispatched

  • Near Appointment

  • Loaded

  • In Transit

  • Day of Delivery

  • Proof of Delivery Follow-Up

These stages cover the full lifecycle of a standard carrier check-in workflow, from dispatch through delivery confirmation.

Can I add a custom stage?

Yes, but it requires engineering effort on Drumkit's end — it's not something you can configure yourself from the sidebar. If your team needs a stage that isn't in the default set, contact support@drumkit.ai to request it. Custom stage requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Before requesting a custom stage, consider whether your workflow can be handled by the existing set — most standard check-in workflows are covered by the defaults.
