Can Drumkit reply to an existing carrier email thread instead of sending a new email?
Last updated: April 7, 2026
Yes. Tracker now supports replying to existing carrier email threads — you're no longer limited to sending brand-new outreach emails for every check-in or status request.
How it works
When setting up a scheduled message or trigger in the Track & Trace tab, you'll have the option to configure Drumkit to reply to the current thread rather than drafting a new standalone email. This keeps your carrier communication in a single, continuous thread — making it easier for carriers to follow context and respond.
Why this matters
Sending check-ins as replies to an existing thread rather than new emails is a small change that makes a meaningful difference to carriers. Disconnected message threads can cause confusion and lower response rates. Reply-to-thread support was one of the most frequently requested features from Drumkit customers.
Troubleshooting
If you're not seeing the reply-to-thread option when configuring a trigger in your sidebar, contact support@drumkit.ai to confirm it's enabled for your account.
