Can I change the content of the carrier email templates used by Tracker?

Not directly from the sidebar. Carrier email template content is managed by Drumkit — changes require contacting the team, similar to how quote agent templates work.

How to request a template change

If you need to update the wording, tone, subject line, or any other content in your carrier check-in or status request emails, reach out to support@drumkit.ai or your account manager with the specific changes you'd like made. The team will apply the update on your behalf.

What to know before requesting

  • Template changes are applied at the account level, meaning any update will affect all outgoing messages that use that template across your team.

  • If you need different templates for different carriers or customers (e.g., a more formal tone for enterprise shippers, a shorter message for a high-volume carrier), let the support team know — per-carrier or per-customer template variations may be possible depending on your setup.
