Can I change the content of the carrier email templates used by Tracker?

Not directly from the sidebar. Carrier email template content is managed by Drumkit — changes require contacting the team, similar to how quote agent templates work.
How to request a template change
If you need to update the wording, tone, subject line, or any other content in your carrier check-in or status request emails, reach out to support@drumkit.ai or your account manager with the specific changes you'd like made. The team will apply the update on your behalf.
What to know before requesting
Template changes are applied at the account level, meaning any update will affect all outgoing messages that use that template across your team.
If you need different templates for different carriers or customers (e.g., a more formal tone for enterprise shippers, a shorter message for a high-volume carrier), let the support team know — per-carrier or per-customer template variations may be possible depending on your setup.
