How do I view metrics for a specific customer?

To view metrics for a specific customer in Drumkit:
1. Go to the Metrics section in Drumkit.
2. Look for the Customer filter at the top of the dashboard.
3. Select the customer from the dropdown. The dashboard will update to show only loads and data associated with that customer.
Customer-specific metrics you can view include:
- Total loads booked and completed for that customer
- On-time delivery performance for their shipments
- Revenue and margin generated by that customer
- Top lanes and carriers used for their freight
This is useful for:
- Preparing for customer business reviews
- Identifying service issues with specific customers
- Analyzing profitability by customer
If a customer isn't appearing in the filter dropdown, verify that they are properly set up in your TMS and that their loads are syncing to Drumkit. Contact support@drumkit.ai for assistance.
