Drumkit isn't loading or responding — what should I do?

This is usually caused by a temporary browser glitch, a dropped connection, or a stale extension state. Try the steps below in order before reaching out to support.


How to fix it

  1. Refresh the Page: Start with a simple page refresh — this resolves most minor loading issues.

  2. Restart Your Browser: Close and reopen your browser completely to clear any temporary glitches.

  3. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as all of Drumkit's AI features require connectivity.

  4. Disable & Re-Enable the Extension: Go to Chrome's extension manager (chrome://extensions/), disable the Drumkit extension, and re-enable it.

  5. Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: Clearing cached data can resolve persistent loading issues.

  6. Reinstall the Extension: If the above steps haven't worked, uninstall and reinstall the Drumkit extension from the Chrome Web Store.
