Why has my integration stopped syncing?

A connected tool may stop syncing due to a dropped connection, expired credentials, or a change in admin permissions. Try the steps below in order before reaching out to support.
How to fix a syncing integration
Check Integration Status: Go to your Drumkit settings and review the status of the affected integration.
Disconnect & Reconnect: Disconnect the integration and reconnect it to refresh the connection.
Verify Your Credentials: Ensure your credentials for the connected tool are still valid — if you've recently changed your password, you may need to re-authenticate.
Check Admin Permissions: Confirm with your admin that integration permissions haven't been modified recently.
