Generic Profile

Using a standard, un-synced Chrome profile (e.g., "Person 1").

Mismatched Profile

Example: You are logged into Chrome as user@personal.com but using Gmail as user@work.com.

Incognito/Guest

Not Supported

Drumkit cannot load context in Incognito or Guest windows.


How to fix it

If you're in an unsupported environment, here's how to resolve it:

  • Mismatched Profile: Switch to a Chrome profile that matches your Gmail account, or use a generic un-synced profile.

  • Incognito / Guest: Close the Incognito or Guest window and reopen your inbox in a standard Chrome window.
