Drumkit is producing incorrect or low-quality outputs — how do I improve it?

Last updated: March 11, 2026

AI output quality depends largely on the context and data provided to it. Incomplete source data, vague prompts, or missing playbook configurations are the most common culprits.

How to improve output quality

  1. Check Your Source Data: Ensure the underlying data — such as your email content or CRM records — is complete and accurate before generating an output.

  2. Regenerate with a Clearer Prompt: Try regenerating the output using a more specific or detailed prompt (i.e., a clearer email) to give the AI better context.

  3. Check Your Playbooks & Templates: Confirm with your team whether playbooks or templates (e.g., for Quick Quote Agents) have been configured to guide the AI for your specific use case — these can significantly improve output quality.

What if I'm consistently seeing poor results?

If the steps above don't resolve the issue, there may be a deeper configuration problem with your setup.
