Can I schedule a carrier message to send at a specific time of day?

Last updated: April 7, 2026

This feature is currently in development and will be available soon.

How scheduling works today

Tracker message scheduling currently works on a relative time basis. For example, you can configure a message to send 2 hours after a status update occurs, or immediately when a trigger fires — but you can't yet specify a fixed clock time like "send at 8:00 AM."

What's coming

Once this feature is released, you'll be able to configure a trigger to fire at a specific time of day after a status condition is met. For example: once a load is marked In Transit, send the next check-in at 8:00 AM the following morning — regardless of what time the status update came through.

This gives your team more control over when carrier communications go out, helping you avoid messages being sent late at night or outside of business hours.
