Can I invite a carrier to MyCarrierPortal from within Drumkit?

Yes. Within the Carrier Verification section of the Drumkit sidebar, you'll find an option to invite a carrier to your MyCarrierPortal (MCP) network.

What does inviting a carrier do?

Sending an invite adds the carrier to your internal MyCarrierPortal network. The benefits of this are managed within MyCarrierPortal itself — such as streamlined onboarding, compliance tracking, and network visibility within MCP.

Important: This is a MyCarrierPortal action, not a Drumkit action. Inviting a carrier through the sidebar does not affect your Drumkit setup, carrier records, or any Drumkit workflows.

Troubleshooting

If the invite option isn't appearing in your sidebar, check that:

• Your company has an active MyCarrierPortal account

• The MCP integration is enabled for your Drumkit account

If neither of those resolves it, contact support@drumkit.ai to enable or troubleshoot the MyCarrierPortal integration.
