What is MyCarrierPortal (MCP) and how does Drumkit integrate with it?

MyCarrierPortal is a third-party carrier onboarding, compliance, and verification platform widely used by freight brokers to vet and manage their carrier network. Drumkit's integration surfaces MCP data directly in the sidebar — so when you're working a load or reviewing a carrier, you can see compliance status, associated contact emails, and carrier details without leaving your inbox or TMS.

Prerequisites: Your company must have an active MyCarrierPortal account. The integration is enabled at the company level. Contact support@drumkit.ai or your account manager to enable it.
