Why isn't Drumkit appearing in my Outlook subfolders?

By default, Drumkit may not automatically populate in new Outlook subfolders. This is a known limitation — but there's a quick fix!


How to fix it

Whenever a new subfolder is added to your Outlook inbox, you'll need to re-register it with Drumkit by signing up again:

  1. Go to app.drumkit.ai/signup

  2. Complete the sign-up flow as normal

That's it! This registers the new subfolder with Drumkit, and you'll start seeing Drumkit auto-populate there as expected.


Will I lose my existing settings?

No. Even though you're going through the sign-up flow again, all of your previously configured settings in your Drumkit sidebar will carry over automatically. There's nothing you need to reconfigure.


When do I need to do this?

You'll need to repeat this process each time a new subfolder is added to your Outlook inbox.
