How do I track carrier performance in Metrics?

To track carrier performance in Drumkit Metrics:

1. Navigate to the Metrics section.

2. Click on the Carriers tab or section (if available in your dashboard view).

3. You'll see a breakdown of carriers by metrics such as:

- On-time pickup and delivery rates

- Number of loads completed

- Acceptance rate

- Average transit time

4. Use the carrier filter to focus on a specific carrier.

5. Adjust the date range to see performance over different periods.

You can use this data to:

- Identify underperforming carriers for conversations or off-boarding

- Reward top-performing carriers with more volume

- Track improvement over time after coaching

If carrier performance data isn't showing, verify that carrier assignments are being captured by your TMS and synced to Drumkit.
