Why is my revenue data not showing in Metrics?

If revenue data isn't appearing in your Drumkit Metrics dashboard, here are the common causes:
1. TMS revenue fields not mapped — Revenue data must be mapped from your TMS to Drumkit. Go to Settings > Integrations and check whether revenue/rate fields are included in your data sync.
2. Loads not marked as invoiced/completed — Revenue is typically tied to loads in a specific status (e.g., Delivered, Invoiced). Loads in earlier statuses may not show revenue.
3. Data sync delay — Revenue data may sync less frequently than load status data. Wait for the next sync cycle (check last sync time in Settings > Integrations).
4. Permissions issue — Your user role may not have access to financial/revenue metrics. Contact your Drumkit admin to check permissions.
5. Date range — Ensure your selected date range includes periods with completed/invoiced loads.
If revenue data is still missing after checking the above, contact Drumkit support at support@drumkit.ai with your TMS name and details of what's missing.
