The customer field is not auto-populating in my TMS. How do I fix this?

If Quick Quote Agents is populating most TMS fields correctly but the customer name field is consistently blank or incorrect, this is typically a customer mapping issue between Drumkit and your TMS.
Steps to resolve:
Check the incoming email. Confirm that the customer name is clearly present in the email body and that Drumkit is correctly identifying it in the panel. If the customer name is being misread, see The agent is identifying the wrong customer name for guidance.
Check your customer list in the TMS. The customer name extracted by Drumkit must match an existing customer record in your TMS exactly. If the name does not match, the field may fail to populate. Confirm the customer exists in your TMS and that the spelling matches.
Report the issue. If the customer name is correctly identified in Drumkit but still not populating in the TMS, contact Drumkit support at support@drumkit.ai with the customer name, your TMS name, and a description of the behavior. The team can investigate the mapping configuration for that customer.
