Quick Quote Agents isn't generating a quote. What should I do?

If Quick Quote Agents is not generating quotes on incoming requests, try the following steps:

  1. Check your access. Confirm with your team lead that Quick Quote Agents Beta is enabled for your account.

  2. Check your inbox connection. Open Drumkit in your inbox (Gmail or Outlook) and confirm it is connected and active.

  3. Check the email format. Quick Quote Agents may not process requests that are missing key load details such as lane, equipment type, or dates. Review the incoming email to check whether critical information is missing.

  4. Refresh and retry. Close and reopen your inbox, then check if the agent processes subsequent requests.
