The agent is extracting the wrong equipment type (e.g., Van instead of Reefer). What should I do?

Quick Quote Agents reads incoming emails to identify the equipment type required for a load. In some cases, the agent may misidentify the equipment type — for example, extracting "Van" when the request specifies "Reefer."

To correct the issue immediately:

  1. Do not send the quote. Review the extracted fields in the Drumkit panel before approving any response.

  2. Manually correct the equipment type in the quote before it is sent.

To prevent it from happening again:

  1. Report the misidentification to Drumkit support at support@drumkit.ai, including the original email and the incorrect extraction.

  2. If this is happening consistently for a specific customer or email format, share that pattern with the Drumkit product team so it can be addressed in your Playbook configuration.

Tip: Enabling an approval workflow so quotes are reviewed before sending is the best safeguard against extraction errors. Contact your team lead or Drumkit support to configure this.
