The agent is extracting multiple stops for a single pickup/delivery load. What should I do?

In some cases, Quick Quote Agents may read a straightforward single pickup/delivery load as a multi-stop load, which can result in an inaccurate quote.

To correct the issue immediately:

  1. Review the stop details in the Drumkit panel before approving the quote.

  2. Remove the extra stops and confirm the correct origin and destination before the quote is sent.

To resolve the underlying issue:

  1. Report the issue to Drumkit support at support@drumkit.ai, including the original email so the extraction logic can be reviewed.

  2. If this is happening consistently with a specific customer's email format, flag the pattern to the product team so it can be addressed in your Playbook.
