How to grant organizational consent using a direct admin consent URL

Overview

In most cases, IT admins can grant organizational consent for Drumkit by signing up at https://app.drumkit.ai/signup and checking the "Consent on behalf of your organization" box when prompted. However, if that flow is blocked — for example, due to browser pop-up restrictions or strict Entra security policies — admins can instead grant consent by navigating directly to a manually constructed admin consent URL.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• Microsoft Entra ID administrator privileges

• Your organization's Tenant ID (instructions below)

Finding Your Tenant ID

1. Go to https://entra.microsoft.com

2. Select Overview from the left-hand navigation

3. Copy the Tenant ID displayed on the Overview tab

Granting Consent via Admin Consent URL

Drumkit uses three separate Entra apps. You will need to grant consent for all three for users to successfully install and use Drumkit.

For each URL below, replace {tenant-id} with your organization's Tenant ID, then navigate to the link in your browser and complete the consent flow.

1. Drumkit (Backend App)

2. Drumkit Portal (app.drumkit.ai)

Note: Granting consent via these URLs approves Drumkit to be installable by users at your organization. Drumkit will not have access to any individual's Outlook account until that person separately completes the sign-up process at https://app.drumkit.ai/signup.

After Granting Consent

Once all three apps have been approved, users at your organization will be able to sign up for Drumkit without further admin intervention. If you want to limit which users can sign up, see How to Control Which Users Can Access Drumkit via Entra Groups.
