Quick Quote Agents is showing data from a previous email in a new email. What should I do?

Last updated: March 10, 2026

If Quick Quote Agents is displaying load details from a previously opened email when you open a new one, this is a data persistence issue — sometimes referred to as a cross-window data leak. This means the agent has not fully refreshed between emails.

To correct the issue immediately:

  1. Do not approve or send any quote if you suspect the data shown does not match the current email.

  2. Close the Drumkit panel and reopen it by clicking the Drumkit icon again. This should force a refresh and pull data from the currently open email.

  3. If the issue persists, refresh your browser or restart Outlook, then reopen the email.

To resolve the underlying issue:

  1. Always verify that the load details in the Drumkit panel match the email you currently have open before approving a quote.

  2. If the issue occurs repeatedly, report it to Drumkit support at support@drumkit.ai, including details about the emails involved and the behavior you observed. This helps the product team identify and fix the root cause.

Tip: Making it a habit to quickly scan the origin, destination, and customer name in the Drumkit panel before every quote is a simple way to catch any data mismatch before it results in an incorrect quote being sent.
