Use Drumkit on your TMS load page
Last updated: October 23, 2026
With the Drumkit Chrome extension, you can open the sidebar right next to a load in your TMS. Drumkit reads which load you're looking at and opens it in the Active view, so you can book appointments, log check calls or schedule carrier emails without searching for the load again.
Which TMSs work
The extension recognizes load pages in these TMSs:
- 3G
- Aljex
- GlobalTranz
- MercuryGate
- QuantumEdge
- Relay
- Revenova (Salesforce)
- Stark
- Tai
- TransportPro
- Turvo
Your TMS also has to be connected to Drumkit for your team. If it's on this list but nothing happens, ask your Drumkit admin.
Open a load
- Install the extension and sign in, if you haven't yet. See Install the Drumkit Chrome extension.
- Open a load in your TMS, the way you normally would.
- A small Drumkit button appears on the page. Hover over it and it says Load detected!
- Click Open Drumkit (or the Drumkit icon in your Chrome toolbar). The sidebar opens on that load.
From here it's the same Active view as in your inbox: Load Info, Appointments, Track & Trace and Outbox, depending on your setup. See How the Active view works.
Moved on to another load in your TMS? Click Open Drumkit again on that load's page to switch the sidebar to it.
What you can't do here
- Build a new load. Builder works from the tender email, on the Load Building tab. See How Builder works.
- Reply to the email you have open. On a TMS page there isn't one, so Reply to current thread isn't offered. Send a New Email, or use Reply to thread by subject on Track & Trace.
FAQs
The Drumkit button doesn't show up on my TMS.
Refresh the page first. The button appears when Drumkit finds a load on the page, so open the load itself rather than a list or search results. If it still doesn't show, check that you're signed in to the extension and that your TMS is on the list above.
The button covers something I need.
Hover over it and drag it by the handle (Drag to move), or click the X (Clear Suggestion) to hide it.
Does Drumkit change anything in my TMS while I browse?
No. It reads the page to find the load number. Your load changes only when you click Save or submit something in the sidebar.
My TMS isn't on the list.
You can still open any load from the sidebar's search bar. To ask for your TMS's load page to be supported, email support@drumkit.ai with the TMS name.
