Welcome to Drumkit
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Drumkit works inside your inbox. Kit, the Drumkit assistant, reads the quote requests, tenders and load updates that land in your email and fills them in for you. You price, reply and build loads in your TMS from a sidebar next to the email.
- Quote faster. Kit pulls the lane out of the email, Quick Quote prices it against your rate sources, and your reply is written for you.
- Build loads without retyping. Builder turns a tender into a load form for your TMS. Nothing is created until you click Build Load.
- Work where the freight is. The sidebar runs in Outlook, Gmail and Front. The Chrome extension brings it to bidding portals and TMS load pages.

Pick your path
I quote freight
- Install Drumkit in Outlook (or the Chrome extension for Gmail and portals) and sign in.
- If your team prices with DAT, connect your DAT seat.
- Open a quote request and follow Quote a single lane.
- Save your usual markup as a default: Set buy rate, margin and sell rate.
I build loads in my TMS
- Install Drumkit and sign in, same as above.
- Read How Builder works, then open your TMS guide from Which TMSs Builder supports.
- Open a tender. Kit puts it on the Load Building tab, ready for you to check and click Build Load.
I cover and track loads
- Install Drumkit and sign in. Add the Chrome extension if you want Drumkit on your TMS load pages.
- Read How the Active view works.
- When a carrier emails an update, follow Apply Kit's suggested updates to a load.
I set up my team
- On Microsoft 365, ask IT to follow For IT admins: Microsoft Entra consent and deployment.
- Have each rep sign up at app.drumkit.ai/signup and install the sidebar.
- Share Your first week with Drumkit with the team.
Three things to know
- Drumkit reads new email from the day you sign up. When you first connect, it also reads the last 24 hours of mail you already had, but it doesn't go back through your whole inbox. To have Kit read an older request, forward it to yourself. See How Drumkit reads your email.
- You decide what goes out. Kit fills things in. Quotes go out when you click send, and loads are created when you click Build Load. If your team has the Quick Quote Agent turned on, it writes draft replies for you to review (or sends them, if your team asked Drumkit to set it up that way).
- What you see depends on your team's setup. Tabs like Load Building or Carrier Quote show up only when they're turned on for you. If something in this help center isn't in your sidebar, ask your Drumkit admin.
